When I came out with the idea of Revolife in early 2017, I already knew that it has to be more than simply another boring lifestyle magazine. In addition to represent topics that no other magazine dares to bother with, I have to shape this magazine according to my own taste and give it a personality.

When sketching my ideas, I didn’t know yet that the future is for lifeless, robot-generated content which easily gets the approval of lifeless, robot-generated ranking system based on algorhythms where only artificially made content gets recognition on search engines like Google, and organic content with actual soul gets downranked, ridiculed, removed from search results or get cancelled from one day to the next by marking it as fake news outlet contradicting the official narrative endorsed by lifeless robots.

I didn’t even dare to come out to the light for a long time as I watched other alternative media sites getting taken down by censorship bots, the escalation of terror by the state and authorities, and also the public cancellation, ridiculing and bullying of those who dared to speak out the truth. Of course sometimes they did that in a rather inappropriate way, as we are all humans, and we all commit mistakes. But a few mistakes or badly placed words maybe don’t provide a valid reason to rob anyone out of their chance of making a living or ruin their life forever.

This kind of catathonic feeling lasted until the beginning of this year when I – and other people previously lurking in the background – noticed that it doesn’t ever matter what we do or not do, the point of the current system is to paralyze and condition the populace. The system won’t change its course just by us remaining completely silent and submitting to their will, and we cannot avoid our fate by remaining passive. Authorities don’t need a valid reason to kill us, if they want to see us dead, they fabricate a reason on the fly.

So as the COVID narrative fell apart at the beginning of this year, this is the right – and maybe the final – oppurtinity to fight back against tyranny that people in power nowadays represent.

We have to be smart but meek at the same time – we cannot apply the same tactics against authority they’re using against us, as this is what the elite desperately wants: bloodshed, which leads us toward neofeudal totalitarianism.

The best cure against psychological terror is to laugh at those representing authority and their pathetic struggle to obtain our consent for their new world order, which is exactly the same as the old one: oppression of the powerless by those in power, just the name being fancier.

If anyone’s speaking and acting according to Jesus’ techings, there’s no living man on the Earth who can harm us – although true christians shall leave their church first since the Babylonian church is in the hands of Antichrist, who take Jesus Christ’s teachings and twist them in order to provide an appropriate explanation for the unavoidable reality of Satanist new world order. This is why the pope and most priests advocate us to take the mark of the beast, without which no one might buy or sell anything.

Our best bet is to remain healthy and cheerful until this whole system collapses and obstacles preventing us from living the best life possible disappear completely.

Until then, as I really lack resources to do anything else, I decided to revive my beloved DJing hobby and to do two monthly mix podcast series. One is called Happy People, which contains the best cheerful songs in some of my favourite genres, namely hands up, hardstyle and UK hardcore.

Another series will be the Hardbeats Podcast, which represents the underground side of hard dance & techno music like acid, hard trance and rawstyle and first premieres on 24th of june. The naming is pertinent as the original Hungarian version of Revolife has its own column named Hardbeats, reporting news about the harder styles scene in electronic music.

The first three pilot episodes of Happy People were completed in 2021, but I needed almost a whole year until the official launch of the podcast, so the fourth, regular episode just premiered two weeks ago.

From now on, the second Friday of each month is „Happy People” day, when a new episode of this 90 min dance mix is being released.

Below are the first four episodes of the podcast, available on YouTube and Mixcloud. The newest episodes will always be embedded into a constantly updated, highlighted post, and the archive of all episodes can be reached through the corresponding YouTube and Mixcloud playlists.
